With many years real estate and property maintenance experience my move to property management seemed like a natural progression. Being used to walking into a building and seeing the faults can be a mixed blessing in this job; however owners can rest assured that not much will be missed!

Since entering the industry it has quickly become apparent that we need to be available when the owners and tenants are. If getting the right tenant for the property means being out there evenings and weekends that's what I do.

Mim Bragger

Mim Bragger is our Office Manager and has many years of Property Management administration which makes Mim an outstanding Administrator in all areas of the business.

Like Claire, Mim has a passion for Property Management and this reflects in her ability to operate an effective and efficient office.

If you have any questions, Mim has a wide range of knowledge, which in most cases can assist you, however, with two Property Managers to complete the team, you will be well looked after.
